Whether she is walking the red carpet or hanging with friends, Jen works the natural look. She doesn’t need a lot of products to look fabulous, and neither do you! Celebrity makeup artist, Sheri Stroh, gives you the tricks you need to get her look - so let your natural beauty shine!

Step One

Before you start applying makeup, make sure your skin is well hydrated. This will smooth and soften the skin, allowing your makeup to go on beautifully. Tip: apply moisturizer when your skin is still a little damp. The moisturizer will form a barrier on your skin to prevent moisture loss.

Step Two

Use concealer and foundation sparingly. Focus on covering dark circles, redness and blemishes; the goal is to even out your skin tone while letting your natural skin show through. Choose a lightweight foundation that has some light reflectors; these will help disguise any flaws and illuminate your skin at the same time.

Step Three

Keep the eye makeup really simple with a tiny bit of shadow along the upper lash line. Stroh points out that several shades would work well; navy or chocolate brown shades suit most eye shades. Just keep the line thin, you want to keep this look natural. Curl your lashes and top with a few coats of mascara.

Step Four

For natural, healthy looking skin, use a powder bronzer under cheekbones, on the forehead, nose and chin. Use a light hand to avoid overdoing it.

Step Five

Compliment your sun-kissed skin with a peach lipstick. For a soft looking pout, skip the liner and apply with a lip brush.
